Saxi Typ A Folding door

The Typ A is a soft folding door that we developed in 1949. Its robust construction and easy installation has made it a favourite in private homes, nursery schools and parishes all over Sweden. It is especially good in small apartments and spaces where a normal doors swing radius is a problem. Or when a softer door is required to prevent injuries on children and users. The famous Swedish designer and architect Bruno Mathsson has used our door in several building during the 1950-1960th. Its timeless design has made it a classic.
